1. Company Settings Description
Roles, that can do this: Unit supervisor, Management and Admin -users
In the Company Settings, you can create and modify the following settings:
- Dimensions: Creation of Dimensions
- Company Settings: Company settings
- Tasks: Creation of tasks
- Rights of the data subject: Adding the Rights of the data subject
- Automatic Passivation of Users (Additional Service): Automatic Passivation of Users
- Automatic Deletion of Data (Additional Service): Automatic Deletion of Data feature
You can access the Company Settings page by clicking on your name in the top right corner of the application and selecting Company Settings from the dropdown menu.
Company settings apply to the entire organization, meaning they are in effect for all units and teams within the company. If your QualityDesk environment includes multiple companies, make sure to check the company name to ensure that you are editing the correct company’s settings.
