Compliance Feature Overview
Roles with Access: Includes the new Auditor Role for all user levels. Administration Rights: Admin users.
Add-on Service
The Compliance Feature is an excellent service when you need multiple instances and want to use the same forms across them while managing all forms by editing a single form. The service is also ideal for situations where you want to grant employees evaluation rights and visibility into compliance form results. Evaluation rights can also be granted across teams, units, and instance boundaries.
The service is priced at €300/month. The minimum contract and billing period is 12 months.
You can create evaluation and coaching forms as well as dimensions that can be used across multiple companies.
By editing a single form, changes will automatically apply to all companies.
You can grant users Auditor rights and assign compliance forms.
An Auditor can perform evaluations using compliance forms in the companies, units, and teams where the audit form is assigned.
The Auditor can view audit form results but not other results from companies where they are not normally active. This ensures data remains securely accessible only to authorized personnel.
The Auditor role can be assigned to any user role.
Compliance form results are visible in one place, regardless of the number of companies and units.
Below are practical instructions on using the feature.
You can assign a form to be visible in multiple companies by editing the form.
In the form settings, select the Companies (if multiple) and units where the form can be used.
Save the form.
The form will then be available in all selected companies and units. If the form is edited in one location, the changes will automatically apply to all companies and units.
You can define an evaluation form as an Compliance form in the form settings.
When set as a Compliance form, the employees from the Companies and Units specified in the form will become visible to users with Auditor rights (new role, more details in the next section).
A form cannot be defined as an Compliance form if it does not have Company and Unit selections.

Auditor rights can be granted to any user role. Admin users grant these rights through User management.
Once the rights are granted, an Compliance link to the audit page will appear in the navigation menu in QualityDesk.
On the Compliance page, the Auditor can view all employees who belong to the Companies and Units where the Compliance form is in use.
The Auditor has access to the profiles of these employees but will only see results from Compliance Forms, not other data.
The Auditor can otherwise use the application in the same secure and familiar way as before.
More information about Auditor rights can be found here.
Compliance forms appear in the profile of each evaluated agent as a separate entry, accessible via the Show compliance forms selection.
On the Compliance page, the Auditor can see all agents who have been evaluated during the current month.
Evaluation reports (for supervisor-level users only) identify Compliance forms based on the appended label "(Compliance form)".
The Auditor can view all Compliance form results on evaluation reports (for supervisor-level users only) and can include multiple companies in the report by selecting the desired companies.
More details are available via this link.
If your QualityDesk application environment consists of multiple companies that need to use the same forms, managing these forms becomes significantly easier. Time savings are also considerable.
You can ensure changes, strategy implementations, new campaigns, compliance, and more are implemented faster and more reliably when you can monitor form usage across all companies and units from a single report.
