# Dynamic forms: Owerview

|| Roles with Access: Team Leaders and Coaches, if given the right to create forms, Unit Leaders, Management, and Admin users. Employees have access to fill out forms if allowed.

Dynamic forms allow you to add Multiple Choice Questions and Branching Questions to your forms. Initially, this feature is available in Evaluation Forms, and during 2025, it will also expand to Coaching Forms at the current price.

Dynamic forms are an excellent add-on service when you need to create forms where different scenarios, such as customer interactions, guide various workflows. This way, you can create a form that adapts to situations and ensures that the evaluation process becomes even easier and more streamlined.

**The service is priced at €100/month**. By subscribing it together with the Reporting Building Feature, you will get both for €150/month. The minimum contract and billing period for the service is 12 months.
