This means that the user's email is already in the software.
Solution: Ask the admin user to check if the user is deactivated in QualityDesk or if the user is in another organisation, unit, or team. Depending on the situation, the admin user can activate the user or transfer him to the right organisation, unit and / or team.

If the user needs to be in two different QualityDesk platforms, you can try to add the other profile email with +1. For example: If the right email is Name.Name@company.com, you can use in the other platform email Name.Name+1@company.com. Please notf, that not all email servers will accept this, but most commonly used will. In case the user doesn't receive the email about the new logins, please contact us through chat.
