What can you do as an agent in QualityDesk?


Track your evaluations and coaching in real-time by clicking the indicators in the graph or going to Browse Evaluations or Browse Coachings in the navigation bar on the left.
Fill and edit coaching forms. Every modification will be notified to your team leader or the person who filled the coaching form to you.
Perform self-evaluations or make colleague-evaluations, if these are allowed in your organization.
Conduct evaluations for assigned organizations or teams.
Report self-evaluations to your team leader.

Important Considerations


Click elements in graphs to see results under the graph.
Contact QualityDesk support via chat on the right lower corner.
Notifications for form approvals and edits are sent to the relevant supervisor.
Ensure proper cursor placement in graphs for results visibility.
Use links in email notifications to access forms after opening the app in the browser.
