How to adjust company settings?

Roles, that can do this: Unit supervisor, Management and Admin -users
Click your name on the upper right corner of QualityDesk and select Company settings.

Then select the sheet Company settings

Company settings generally always affect the Company where the user is, unless the setting has a unit or team selection.

From the company settings, you can:
Change the name of your Company in QualityDesk (Estimated publish date 23.8.24).
Choose whether the form filler’s name is visible in the evaluation and/or coaching form.
Allow or restrict self-assessments and/or peer assessments by employees.
Allow or restrict the creation of employee accounts. If restricted, accounts cannot be created via the QualityDesk Teams and Employees page.
Hide coaching forms by default. Thus, whenever a coaching form is started, it is hidden by default. The hiding can be removed from the coaching if desired.
Hide deactivated employees from the Teams and Employees page, so that, for example, a Team Leader does not see deactivated employees. Only an Admin user can activate deactivated users via User Management.
Define the application timeout in minutes. The default is 30 minutes. This means that if the user does not click anything within this time frame, the application will log the user out for security reasons (Estimated publish date 23.8.24).
Grant rights by role to edit saved evaluation forms.
Set automatic email reports. Email reports are sent weekly on Tuesdays. Each user can choose their desired reporting cycle from their own profile.

Set who receives the application’s main user messages. NOTE! This currently only affects potential AD integration messages.
Set an email domain limit, by entering the domains for which domains logins can be created. For example, for QualityDesk, the domain would be qualitydesk.com and qualitydesk.fi. If the field is empty, containing only domain.com, then there is no restriction.
Define creation and editing rights for evaluation and coaching forms by unit for coaches and/or team leaders.
Allow or restrict team leaders’ view to their own team or other teams in their unit on a unit basis.
