# How to create a team?

|| Roles, that can do this: Unit manager, Directors and Admin -users. See all the [roles and rights](/en/article/what-can-different-roles-do-in-the-app-ol58di/).

You can create teams from the sidebar on the left by clicking **Manage Teams and agents** and **New team**.

* Select the unit for the Team.
* Then write the name of the team.
* Select a team leader for the team from the drop-down menu. If the desired Team leader is not found in the list, create new by clicking **Create a new supervisor**. 
* Define a goal for the number of evaluations per user per month.
* Also define a goal for the number of coachings per user per month.
* The goals are indicated on the reporting and Teams and agents -page.
