# How to create a unit?

You can create a new unit from the sidebar on the left by clicking **Manage teams and agents** and **New business unit**.

* Enter the name of the unit  
* Select the unit supervisor from the list for the unit. If the unit has multiple unit supervisors, click **Add unit supervisor**. If you haven't created unit supervisors yet, you can do so by clicking **Create new unit supervisors**.
* Select which unit supervisors name do you want to display next to the unit's name. If you don't want to show anyones name, select **No one**.
* You can also select coaches for the unit. Coaches can do evaluations and coachings for all the teams in the unit. If you have not created a coach, you can do so by clicking **Create a new coach**.
* Finally, Save, and the unit is ready.
