# How to set and/or edit team goals?

# How to set or edit team goals?

### There are two clear goals that can be set for teams.

1. Target number of evaluations / agent / month.
2. Target number of coaches / agent / month.

||| Goals should always be set to make quality assurance and coaching work more interesting and goal-oriented.

Teams goals are made when the team is created. Goals can be changed and each team can have a different goal.

Go to **Manage Teams and Agents** and **Teams and agents** page.

* Select the team or create a new team.
* Set goals as you want.
* Then **Save**.

When the goals are set, each user can follow their goals from the front page and from Evaluation summary report.
