"Something went wrong” on the login page

This instruction applies to all users.

If you see the message “Something went wrong” when trying to log in to QualityDesk, it usually means one of the following:

  1. The username and password do not match.
  2. You don’t have login credentials for the application.
  3. Your account has been locked (it locks automatically after 11 failed login attempts).

For security reasons, we cannot specify the exact cause in the error message. More detailed error messages could reveal whether a user has an existing account or not, which would pose a security risk.

What to do?

  1. Try resetting your password from the login page (https://app.qualitydesk.com) by clicking “Forgot your password”.
  2. You will receive a password reset link via email. Click the link to reset your password.
Note! If you request multiple reset links, always use the latest one. If you don’t receive the email, check your spam folder. If it still doesn’t arrive, contact your supervisor.
  1. On the password reset page, create a new password. If everything is correct, you will be able to log in to the application.
Note! If you get the “Something went wrong” message on the password reset page, make sure the passwords match. If they do and the message still appears, contact your supervisor.
