Agent front page


On the right upper corner there are:

  • Letter-icon, where you can send messages to QualityDesk Support.
  • Name of the organisation you are in.
  • Your name and role in QualityDesk. Clicking your name you can access to your Profile.


On the bottom right there is:

  • A chat-icon, where you can start a chat with QualityDesk-support and get access to Helpdesk


On the left side there is navigation bar:


On the front page there are:

  • Your name
  • Development target, that comes from the coaching form, if you have been given a development target. Clicking this, you will get access to the coaching form.
  • Teams overall quality score on current month and the change to previous month.
  • Development graph, where the blue dots indicates evaluations, organs dots indicates coachings and the green line indicates the trend of your quality score.
  • Clicking any of the evaluation or coaching dots, will show you the evaluation or coaching under the graph. Please notice that if the evaluation is from another unit or organisation you use to work, you might not see it anymore. Also all the deleted evaluations will not be seen.
