On the right upper corner there are:


Letter-icon, where you can send messages to QualityDesk Support.
Name of the organisation you are in.
Your name and role in QualityDesk. Clicking your name you can access to your Profile.

On the bottom right there is:


A chat-icon, where you can start a chat with QualityDesk-support and get access to Helpdesk

On the left side there is navigation bar:


Do evaluations if you have been given rights to do self-evaluations or colleague evaluations (How to fill an evaluation?)
Do coachings from where you can start filling a coaching form. (How to fill a coaching form)
Browse evaluations lets you see all the evaluations that have been filled to you (How to browse individual evaluations? (Browse evaluations)
Browse coachings lets you see all the coachings that have been filled to you (How to browse individual coaching? (Browse coachings))
Log out where you can log out from QualityDesk.

On the front page there are:


Your name
Development target, that comes from the coaching form, if you have been given a development target. Clicking this, you will get access to the coaching form.
Teams overall quality score on current month and the change to previous month.
Development graph, where the blue dots indicates evaluations, organs dots indicates coachings and the green line indicates the trend of your quality score.
Clicking any of the evaluation or coaching dots, will show you the evaluation or coaching under the graph. Please notice that if the evaluation is from another unit or organisation you use to work, you might not see it anymore. Also all the deleted evaluations will not be seen.
