Editing a coaching form

Roles, that can do this: Unit managers, Directors and Admin -users.If given rights from Company settings: Team leaders and Coaches



You can edit coaching forms by navigating to Coaching Forms in the left-hand navigation bar.


Select the form you want to edit and click the Edit button. From there, you can:

  • Edit the form (Edit)
  • View the form (View)
  • Copy the form (Copy)
  • Fill out the form (Fill)


Admin and Director users can also:

  • Delete the form from the system.


In addition, you can activate or deactivate a form by selecting Edit for the form. A deactivated form retains all its data and is still visible in reports, but it will not appear on pages such as Perform Coaching.


You can add new Follow-up Targets to the form and define whether they are mandatory or optional.


You can add new sections at the end of the form and add new evaluation questions to the end of each section.

You can freely add and edit additional information for each coaching target.


Please note that if you edit an existing coaching target or section, this will also affect historical results.
