Unfortunately, we have not found the reason for the problem in the Chrome browser. For some users with a Win computer and Chrome browser, the form (Evaluation and coaching) may not be saved if not all mandatory dimensions have been filled or the evaluation questions are not filled.

We updated QualityDesk on September 18, 2022, and now we have added red stars next to mandatory dimensions items to make them easier to distinguish. All updates can be seen via this link.

The application works perfectly normally with Edge and Firefox browsers. We are continuing to investigate the problem with Chrome.

On September 2, 2022, we received a notification from a user that the evaluation forms were not saved correctly. We were able to verify the problem with some users. For some users, the form is not saved if a mandatory Dimension item or one of the evaluation questions is not filled in the evaluation.

Currently, filling out the evaluation form for Windows systems works correctly with the Firefox browser. If a mandatory Dimension has not been filled or an evaluation has not been completed, a notification will appear. With other browsers, in the above situation, some users may have the issue, where the form refreshes and the evaluation is not saved.

At the moment, it is therefore recommended to use the Firefox browser on Windows systems if the above problem recurs.

The issue is currently being fixed so that the form works correctly for all users and all browsers. We apologise for any inconvenience!
