How to create a team?
Roles, that can do this: Unit manager, Directors and Admin -users. See all the roles and rights.
You can create teams from the sidebar on the left by clicking Manage Teams and agents and New team.
Select the unit for the Team.
Then write the name of the team.
Select a team leader for the team from the drop-down menu. If the desired Team leader is not found in the list, create new by clicking Create a new supervisor.
Define a goal for the number of evaluations per user per month.
Also define a goal for the number of coachings per user per month.
The goals are indicated on the reporting and Teams and agents -page.
