How to create a team?
Roles, that can do this: Unit manager, Directors and Admin -users. See all the roles and rights.
You can create teams from the sidebar on the left by clicking Manage Teams and agents and New team.
- Select the unit for the Team.
- Then write the name of the team.
- Select a team leader for the team from the drop-down menu. If the desired Team leader is not found in the list, create new by clicking Create a new supervisor.
- Define a goal for the number of evaluations per user per month.
- Also define a goal for the number of coachings per user per month.
- The goals are indicated on the reporting and Teams and agents -page.
