How to edit teams?
Roles, that can do this: Unit supervisor, Management and Admin -users
From the navigation bar on the left, select Manage teams and agents and Teams and agents. Select the team you want edit.
Then click the Edit team button.
You can edit the teams name, and the teams goals. Here you can also assign the team to another team leader.
Make the desired changes and click Save.
Team leaders can have multiple teams, but a team cannot have multiple team leaders.
