How to create dimension?

Roles, that can do this: Unit supervisor, Management and Admin -users
Please notice, that if you edit an existing dimensions name, the dimension will disappear from the forms.

With the help of dimensions, you can have additional information about the evaluated customer interactions and coaching sessions in your unit. You can use dimensions in reporting, to sort out specific results.

For example, most common dimensions used in evaluation forms are:
Record ID (Text field)
Contact channel (List of Phone, Chat, Email, Video, SoMe)
Evaluation method (Side by side, Recording, Self-evaluation, Colleague evaluation)

Most common used dimension in a coaching form is:
Coaching topic or Focus of the coaching (KPI's (Goals), Substance knowledge, Tools)

Creating and editing dimensions


Click your name on the upper right corner of QualityDesk and select Company settings.



Then click the Add a new dimension -button.

Give a name for the dimension.
Select an Option list or a Text field.
In Option list you can write wanted dimentions on the field on the right. Separate the dimensions with a comma.
When done, click Save -button.
