Adding Rights of the data subject to QualityDesk



You can add Rights of the data subject to QualityDesk directly in the application from the Company settings. This allows the controller to provide the data subject with the information necessary to fulfil the information obligation according to the GDPR. Once the Rights of the data subject have been added to the Company Settings in QualityDesk, they will be visible to all users in QualityDesk in their own profile. Below are more detailed instructions, followed by a video for a quick look through the feature.

Add text to the rights of the registered user (In version 2.0)


Go to Company Settings by clicking on your name in the top right corner of the app and select Company Settings from the list.
Select Rights of the data subject from the tabs.
Type and edit the text you want.
Add links, if necessary, via the link icon by painting a word or a link line and placing the link in the box that appears.
Save

The text will then automatically go to the profile of every user in your organisation. If you have more than one organisation in QualityDesk, you can add one for each, or copy the same text for all. Please notice, that managing the message can be done only in version 2.

Visibility of Rights of the data subject for users (In version 1.0 and 2.0)


Click on your name in the top right corner of the app and select Profile.
Go to the Rights of the data subject tab.
