How to create a team?

Roles, that can do this: Unit superviser, Management and Admin -users
You can create teams from the sidebar on the left by clicking Manage Teams and agents and New team.

How to create a new team?



Select the unit for the Team.
Then write the name of the team.
Select a team leader for the team from the drop-down menu. If the desired team leader is not found in the list, create new one by clicking Create new supervisor.
Define a goal for the number of evaluations.
Also define a goal for the number of coaches.

You should always define goals to make it easier to monitor the quality assurance process.
