How to fill a coaching form?
Roles, that can do this: Agents (If given rights), Team leaders, Coaches, Unit supervisors, Management and Admin -users.
Easiest way to start filling evaluations is to to go to Do coachings -page from the left navigation bar.
Choose the profile for whom you want to fill the coaching.
Choose the form you want to use and click it.
If you want to make a group coaching, click the Start group coaching from the headline level or on the coaching form click the Choose agents. If you're having a coaching with supervisor level users, on the form click Choose supervisors
TIP: You can also go to Do coaching* -page from the front page by clicking the second box, where there are the overall amount of coachings made.
First select the Start time (Important if you want to measure, how much time is spend on coaching sessions).
Then select Show coaching form to supervisor and employee only, if you want to hide the coaching form (Who can see the hidden forms)
Select the dimensions if there are any.
Then start filling the coaching form.
At the end select the End time (Important if you want to measure, how much time is spend on coaching sessions).
Then select the Development follow-up date and Development target. This is so you can set target for the Agent or the supervisor level user that you can sign off in the next coaching session (How to use Development targets?)
Then at the end Save OR if the Agent has logins to QualityDesk, Save and send to the agent for approval. In the latter, Agent will have an email about the form and a calendar invite to the possible Development target day and time. From here the person being coached should go to the form and Approve the form.
If the Agent have logins to QualityDesk, they can start filling coaching forms. Every time Agent starts a coaching form the team leader will be notified by email. If the Agent modifies or approves a coaching form, the supervisor level user who started the coaching will get notify about it by email.
