How to search in QualityDesk?
Roles, that can do this: Team leaders, Coaches, Unit superviser, Management and Admin -users
The search function can be found in the top bar of the software. With this, you can effortlessly search for agents, teams and units. Clicking the name will take you to the profile or team or unit settings page.
The visibility of the search is the same as that you normally have. If you can only see your team, you can only find your team members.
Writin star (*) in the search field, you will get you all the possible search results.
Agents, teams and units are arranged in their own groups alphabetically and can be recognised by the icon in front of them.
