How to use Development targets in the coaching forms?



At the end of each coaching form there is a Development follow up. This part is for the supervisor to set up a clear development target with his/hers employees.

When you set up a target date and time:


You will get a calendar invite for the agreed time that you can put to your calendar.
If you send the coaching form for the coachee, they will also get the calendar invite. (Please notice, that any changes to the invite will not go to any other users).
QualityDesk will send you an email reminder about the development target, three (3) days before the target day.
If you have send the form for the coachee, they will also receive the email reminder.

Where to see the Development targets?


The supervisor, who set the target will see all the set development target on their front page.

Supervisor level users who have gotten a development target, can see them from their own profile. To get to the profile, click your own name on right upper corner and then click Profile. Then select the coaching form from the development graph or click to Browse coachings and select the form and the dates and click the wanted form.

Agents will see the development target on their front page.

How to sign off the Development target?


Go to the coaching form from the front page's Upcoming follow ups by taking cursor to the follow up and clicking the button Begin follow up.
On the form, click Edit-
Then roll to the bottom of the form, and select if the target is Completed or Not completed.
Write comments to the Development target text field if you want to and click Save changes

TIP Is always good to sign off the development targets and not to move them! This is so you can see, how the person has committed to reach his/hers targets.
