The Light Assessment includes:
- A 45-minute interview with a Director, Unit Manager, Team Leader, and an Agent.
- An evaluation of up to 2000 customer interactions (AI-generated from recordings) and the related data.
- A clear report of the unit’s current state, desired state, and a to-do list on how to reach the desired state.
- A time estimate for reaching the desired state with and without QualityDesk.
