Fixes:

• For Team Leaders and Coaches who have been granted rights to create evaluation and coaching forms, Unit selections were not visible when editing forms. These have now been added, allowing them to apply unit-level restrictions to forms as well.
• A bug has been fixed where clicking a coaching item from a supervisor-level user’s profile graph could result in a white screen.
• A bug has been fixed where, in user profile graphs, evaluations from week 1 of 2026 could be incorrectly assigned to week 1 of 2025. This issue did not affect any other reporting, where evaluations were displayed correctly.

Fix release 1

Fixes:

• When opening forms saved as drafts, users could encounter a white screen. This issue has been fixed, and draft forms now open normally.
• In the Contact Center integration, saving search filters as favorites on the recordings search page did not work. The related bug has been fixed, and search filters can now be saved as favorites as expected.
• Starting a single coaching session for one person from the Teams and Agents page prevented adding additional participants to the form. This has been fixed, and participants can now be added to the coaching form.
• In the Report Builder, there was an issue that caused a white screen to appear and allowed conflicting data selections to be added to the same report. These issues have been fixed. Now, when a datapoint is selected that excludes certain other datapoints, those options are removed entirely from the selection list.
