Fix Release 7


Release Date: 24.4.2026


Fixes:
  • Deleting a form in QualityDesk did not remove unfinished forms saved using that form. This has been fixed, and when a form is deleted, its unfinished forms are now automatically removed.
  • In the Contact Center integration for the Puzzel system, recordings were not available for playback in evaluation forms. This issue has been fixed, and recordings are now playable as expected.
  • In the Evaluation Answers report, counts for multiple-choice questions were partially missing. This bug has been fixed, and the selections for multiple-choice questions are now displayed correctly.
  • In the User Management table (for Admin users), filtering by modification date did not work correctly. This has been fixed.

New Features:
  • New widget on the Front page: Do evaluations. The widget allows you to easily start evaluations for others or for yourself. Read more here.

Fixes:
  • In the User Management table, some users could see only one role even if they had multiple roles assigned. This bug has been fixed.

Fix Release 6

Fixes:
  • User Management performance has been significantly improved. Slowdowns were occurring for Admin users when there was a large number of users in the system.
  • Some Team Leaders could occasionally see the message “Access to this page is denied due to insufficient permissions. Please contact an admin if needed” after an Agent was deactivated. This bug has been fixed.

  • Evaluation answers reporting had a bug, and it didn't count for multiple-choice questions (Dynamic Forms add-on). The report is now fixed.

Fix Release 4


Release Date: March 28, 2026


Fixes:
  • Attachments added to coaching forms were not always visible to all Agent-level users. This has been fixed.
  • Agent-level users were unable to open evaluations from the graph on the Front page. This has been fixed.
  • Questions created in the form builder could disappear depending on the browser and when copying text from certain sources. This has been fixed.

New Features:
  • Dynamic homepage: You can customize the visibility, size, and order of homepage elements. Check out the new feature from our updated instruction page.
  • On the Teams and Agents page, data is hidden by default to improve page performance. A Team Leader will always see their own team expanded.
  • Contacts or transcripts can now be manually imported for evaluation by QualityDesk AI.


Fixes:
  • When creating Agent credentials, pressing the Save button could sometimes revert the status back to No credentials. This has been fixed.
  • Admin users could not open the profiles of Agents with the No credentials status directly from User Management. This has been fixed.
  • On the AI Management page, some texts opened from the info icon were hidden at the top of the page. This has been fixed.

Fixes:
  • A form selection option has been added to the data mapping for Customer and Employee Experience measurement in the data integration.
  • Forms disappeared from view if all Units were removed from the application. This has been fixed, and forms will remain visible even if all Units are removed.
  • In the Report Builder feature, it was not possible to remove a Unit from view if the report was created as a copy of the Evaluation Summary report. This has now been fixed, and for example, only the Agent’s Team can be shown.
  • A Team Leader was unable to create login credentials for Agents in other teams, even if the permissions were correctly set. This has been fixed, and credential creation now works as intended.
  • Opening a form saved as a draft could result in a white screen. This bug has been fixed.

Fixes:
  • For Team Leaders and Coaches who have been granted rights to create evaluation and coaching forms, Unit selections were not visible when editing forms. These have now been added, allowing them to apply unit-level restrictions to forms as well.
  • A bug has been fixed where clicking a coaching item from a supervisor-level user’s profile graph could result in a white screen.
  • A bug has been fixed where, in user profile graphs, evaluations from week 1 of 2026 could be incorrectly assigned to week 1 of 2025. This issue did not affect any other reporting, where evaluations were displayed correctly.

Fix release 1


Update release date 9.1.2026


Fixes:
  • When opening forms saved as drafts, users could encounter a white screen. This issue has been fixed, and draft forms now open normally.
  • In the Contact Center integration, saving search filters as favorites on the recordings search page did not work. The related bug has been fixed, and search filters can now be saved as favorites as expected.
  • Starting a single coaching session for one person from the Teams and Agents page prevented adding additional participants to the form. This has been fixed, and participants can now be added to the coaching form.
  • In the Report Builder, there was an issue that caused a white screen to appear and allowed conflicting data selections to be added to the same report. These issues have been fixed. Now, when a datapoint is selected that excludes certain other datapoints, those options are removed entirely from the selection list.
