Report: Coachings summary by forms and dimensions
Roles, that can do this: Team leaders, Coaches, Unit supervisors, Management and Admin -users.
From this report you can see all the coachings by dimensions, if you have any on the coaching form.
In the navigation bar on the left, click Reports and Coaching summary by forms / dimension count
Select the wanted coaching form.
Select the dates where you want to see the coachings.
If you are Unit supervisor, Management, Admin or Coach, you can select the teams. If you're a Team leader and you have rights to see other teams results you can select the teams as well. Select multiple by pressing Ctrl (Command in Apple) and select the wanted teams.
On the table you will see:
Name of the person being coached.
Total amount of coachings.
If there are dimensions on the coaching form, each dimension is it's own column and will be shown, if there are any coachings on the dimension.
Please note that the Total number shows the total number of dimension, not the number of overall coaching forms. This means that the totals do not match, for example, the Coaching Summary report.
