Reporting update 2024
Roles, that can do this: Team leaders, Coaches, Unit supervisors, Management and Admin -users.
QualityDesk’s reporting is being updated in a way that allows for better utilization of reports! The update will be released during week 46 (November 11–15, 2024).
The current reports will mostly remain, but they can now be edited more effectively.
In the future, reports will be accessible from a single page.
You can modify the report view by editing and grouping data more efficiently than before.
You can filter data directly from the columns and choose which of the existing columns are displayed in the report.
At the same time, we are introducing a report builder feature as an additional service. With this feature, you can build the reports you need in QualityDesk. You will be able to utilize the data in the application more extensively and create entirely new reports tailored to your needs. You can share the reports with everyone or use them for your own purposes. The service also includes onboarding training.
