Coaching summary
Roles, that can do this: Team leaders, Coaches, Unit supervisors, Management and Admin -users.
You can use Coaching summary to see overall amount and time spent with coachings by agents, teams, units and supervisors, depending on the role and rights.
In the navigation bar on the left, click Reports and Coaching summary
Select the wanted coaching form.
Then select the dates from which time period you want to see results.
If you want to use dimension to filter results, you can select wanted Dimensions to do so.
If you are Unit supervisor, Management, Admin or Coach, you can select the teams. If you're a Team leader and you have rights to see other teams results you can select the teams as well. Select multiple by pressing Ctrl (Command in Apple) and select the wanted teams.
Then you can select, how do you want to see the results: By teams, By agents, By supervisors, By supervisor.
The results will come to the sheet as you select the options.
When you have the results on the table, you can sort result by clicking the headlines. On the table you will see:
Team/Supervisor (By teams) or Agent/Supersvisor (By agents)
Amount of coachings
Duration (total) = The total duration that comes from the Start and End times on the coaching form, users will fill these.
Duration (average) = The average duration that comes from the Start and End times on the coaching form.
Handling time (total) = The total duration that comes from how long the coaching forms are open or modified. This time is calculated automatically.
