Front page

Roles with access: All users. The content of the Front page is based on the user’s role level. Note! The Front page always displays data from the current month. If evaluations are completed for another calendar month, they may not appear on the Front page.

From the Front page, each user can quickly see the information most relevant to them. The role level and permissions determine what is visible on the Front page. For example, an Agent sees their own data, while a Team Leader sees the data of their own Agents, and so on. You can check the visibility rules in more detail through this guide (does not automatically open in a new tab).

On Friday March 13, 2026, a new Front page builder feature will be released! See the guide here.

Tell us what you would like to see on the Front page here. We want to know what kinds of elements we should develop for the new Front page. Thank you in advance!

Agent Front page core elements

The elements on the Agent Front page differ slightly from supervisor level elements. This is because an Agent primarily sees only their own data, whereas supervisors monitor the data of multiple people, teams, units, or the entire company.

Elements consist of (see image):

  1. Agent information: Displays the Agent’s name and role.
  2. Development target: Shows the agreed development follow up from the coaching form. By clicking this, you can open the related coaching form directly.
  3. Quality average: Shows the team’s quality average for the current month and the change compared to the previous month.
  4. Development: A development graph that displays quality evaluations and coachings in one view. The time range of the data can be changed from the date selector on the left side of the graph.
  • 5. Quality evaluations are shown as a blue line. Each dot indicates a week, and clicking it opens that week’s evaluation forms below the graph.
  • 6. The turquoise line indicates the quality trend and the direction it is moving.
  • 7. Orange dots indicate recorded coaching forms and show when a coaching session or 1 to 1 discussion has taken place. Clicking them displays the coachings below the graph.
  1. Draft forms: Displays evaluation and coaching forms you have started but not completed. You can continue filling them in or delete them by opening and editing the form.

Other:

  1. Chat support, through which you can contact QualityDesk support.
  2. The Help Center button at the top opens the support site. By clicking your name, you can access your own profile.

Additional elements may have been added after this guide was created. You can always see them by clicking the Settings gear icon in the upper left corner of the Front page.

Supervisor level Front page core elements

The supervisor Front page consists (at the time of writing this guide) of the same elements regardless of role. However, the data within the elements is always determined by the role. For example, in the summary element, a Team Leader sees their own team members, while a Unit Manager sees the teams within their unit, and so on.

Elements consist of (see image below):

  1. Agent / Team / Unit evaluations: Shows the number of evaluations completed during the current month across all evaluation forms.
  2. Team / Unit / Company coachings: Shows the number of coaching sessions during the current month across all coaching forms.
  3. Quality average: Displays the Team / Unit / Company quality average for the current month and the change compared to the previous month.
  4. Agent / Team / Unit summary: Displays the number of evaluations vs target, the number of coachings vs target, and the quality average. The default time range is the current month. It can be changed to the last 3 or 12 months.
  5. Agent / Team / Unit evaluation results graph: Shows results from highest to lowest. The default time range is the current month but can be changed to the last 3 or 12 months. You can also switch the view by Unit, Team, or Agent.
  6. Events: Displays activities completed within the team or unit, including completed evaluations and coachings. Contains two tabs, one of which shows only your own activities. By clicking the date, you can open the related form directly.
  7. Upcoming follow ups: If you have completed coaching forms for someone and added a development follow up, it will appear here until it is marked as Completed or Not completed. You can open the form by hovering over the follow up item and clicking Start follow up.
