Roles with rights to this page: Team supervisors, Coaches, Unit supervisors, Management and Admin users
From the Teams and agents page the supervisor level users can manage agents, teams, and units. From this page, you can also quickly check, among other things, the numbers of evaluations and coaching sessions, as well as their goals by agents.
Note! Supervisor level users are not yet visible on this page. You can see the unit leaders and coaches by clicking the "Edit unit" button. If you want to conduct evaluations or coaching sessions for supervisors, you can find them on the Do evaluations and Do coaching pages.
You can fill evaluations and coaching sessions for yourself from your own profile, which you can access by clicking on your name in the top right corner of the application.
The page displays the number of evaluations and the goal for each agents, if one has been set.
If a goal is set, the field shows colors as follows: Red, when no evaluations have been done. Yellow, when evaluations have been made and Green when the goal is achieved or exceeded.
The number of evaluations shown reflects the evaluations created during the current calendar month. If the evaluations date has been changed to another month the evaluation does not register here.
Goals can be set by the unit leader, management, and admin users from team editing
The page displays the number of coachings and the goal for each agents, if one has been set.
If a goal is set, the field shows colors as follows: Red, when no coaching sessions have been done. Yellow, when coaching sessions have been conducted and Green when the goal is achieved or exceeded.
The number of coaching sessions shown includes sessions conducted during the current calendar month regardless of the date the coaching is scheduled for.
Next to each agent, there are dropdown lists for evaluation and coaching forms from which you can start filling out an evaluation or coaching.
Lastly, you will see the evaluation quality percentage and the most recent coaching session next to each agent. These also serve as buttons.
The evaluation result is the average quality percentage of all evaluations completed for the person, calculated over the last 30 days. Clicking this will take you to the person's development graph.
The most recent coaching displays the latest coaching session. If a Development Follow-up has been agreed upon in the coaching, you will see the respective tracking date. Clicking this will take you to the respective coaching form.
The page allows for the creation of new units (by Admin and management users) and new teams (by Unit Leaders) and their modification.
Modifications are made by clicking the "Edit Unit" or "Edit Teams" buttons.
For a unit, you can edit the unit name and add or remove Unit Leaders and Coaches operating in the unit.
For a team, you can edit the team name, determine the unit of the team, and add or remove the team leader operating in the team. A team can have one team leader.
In team modifications, you can also set team-specific goals for the number of evaluations and coaching sessions.
New agents can be created from this page by Team Leaders, Coaches, Unit Leaders, Admin, and Management users.
New unit supervisors and coaches can be created through Edit unit, and new team supervisors through Edit team (by Unit Leaders, Admin, and Management).
Role changes can only be made by an Admin user on the User Management page.
