How to create a unit?

Roles, that can do this: Admin -users and Directors. See all the roles and rights.

You can create a new unit from the sidebar on the left by clicking Manage teams and agents and New business unit.

Enter the name of the unit
Select the unit supervisor from the list for the unit. If the unit has multiple unit supervisors, click Add unit supervisor. If you haven't created unit supervisors yet, you can do so by clicking Create new unit supervisors.
Select which unit supervisors name do you want to display next to the unit's name. If you don't want to show anyones name, select No one.
You can also select coaches for the unit. Coaches can do evaluations and coachings for all the teams in the unit. If you have not created a coach, you can do so by clicking Create a new coach.
Finally, Save, and the unit is ready.
