How to delete a saved evaluation?
Roles, that can do this: Team leaders, Coaches, Unit superviser, Management and Admin -users
To delete a saved evaluation, go to the profile of the agent for whom the evaluation was made and open the desired evaluation form from the date link. After that, just click the "Delete" button in the upper right corner.
Please note that the form will also be removed from the history data and will not be returned.
