How to edit forms?

Roles, that can do this: Team leaders (If given the rights), Coaches (If given the rights), Unit supervisor, Management and Admin -users.

How to edit evaluation forms?



On the left navigation bar go to: Monitoring forms. If you want to edit coaching forms, go to Coaching forms.

Select the form you want to edit and click the Actions button. Here you can select multiple options:
Edit (You can edit the form, from here you can Activate or Passivate a form)
View (You can check the form)
Copy (You can take a copy of the form)
Fill (You can start filling the form for someone)



If you want to edit the form, select Edit.

You can select the status of the form to be Active or Passive. Passive will hide the from from example Do evaluations and other pages, but is still visible in reports.
You can add new sections to the end of the form and add new questions to each section. The questions will go to the end of the section.
If you would like to relocate sections and / or questions, please email us at support@qualitydesk.com.
You can add new dimensions to the form and edit the points of the answers. You can also add skipping options or make and unmake critical questions.
If you need to update information behind the questions, you can do that as well.
When you have edit the form, remember always to click Save at the end of the form!

Please note that if you edit evaluation form that already has saved answers by changing the names of sections or the existing questions, it will also change in history results. If there are multiple changes, we recommend to take a copy of the form and start a new form from that copy.
