How to set and/or edit team goals?
Roles, that can do this: Unit supervisor, Management and Admin -users
Target number of evaluations / agent / month.
Target number of coaches / agent / month.
Goals should always be set to make quality assurance and coaching work more interesting and goal-oriented.
Teams goals are made when the team is created. Goals can be changed and each team can have a different goal.
Go to Manage Teams and Agents and Teams and agents page.
Select the team or create a new team.
Set goals as you want.
Then Save.
When the goals are set, each user can follow their goals from the front page and from Evaluation summary report.
