QualityDesk app will be updated to version 2.0

[Latest updates] The new version of the QualityDesk app will be available on Monday 8.5.23

The new version of QualityDesk is finally here! On Monday 8.5.2023 you can activate the new version in use via the switch in the app.

All users will be migrated to the new version by the end of May 2023 at the latest and for a couple of weeks after that you can still revert to the old version. After that, version 1.0 will be completely run down.

We have made a demo page for the new version in the helpdesk, where you can also find a video demonstration of the new version of the app and the new features it contains. You can access the page via this link.
