QualityDesk version 2.0 will be forced to everyone during September

Version 2.0 of the QualityDesk app is approaching a state where we will be rolling out the new version to all users by the end of September. However, version 1.0 will still be kept in the background for a while.

The introduction page for the new version can still be found in the helpdesk, where you can also find a video demonstration of the new version of the application and the new features it contains. You can also access the page via this link.

We will release the latest fixes and updates this week on Friday 15.9.23 at 3 p.m. CET.

Changes to the application release process

We have made changes to the QualityDesk application release process. We will be releasing updates to the app on Fridays at 3 p.m. CET. While this may sound strange, we have found that by far the majority of users are on the app on weekdays.

This allows us more time to test the app after release. If we find any problems with the release, we will be able to take the update back for a fix.

Critical bugs (security, multi-user blocking, etc.) will continue to be fixed as quickly as possible and for these, fixes can be released within the same day of notification.

We are always looking for topics in the field of customer service and sales to create downloadable material and/or webinars for professionals. We want to raise awareness of the importance of customer experience and well-being at work and, above all, provide practical tips for everyone working in the industry.
