Fixes:
Unit supervisors couldn't access some agents' profiles from the "Evaluation summary" report by clicking on the agents' name. This is now fixed.

Fixes:
Some emails of passivated agents could not be deleted from the profile. This has now been fixed.
On the app pages, the page automatically scrolled to the top in some cases. Now the automatic scrolling has been removed.
If a Dimension item was completely deleted from the app, the form would leave a blank checkbox for that deleted Dimension item. This has been fixed, meaning that if a Dimension item is removed from the system, it will also be completely removed from the forms.

Fixes:
Passivated agent profiles might have remained in teams on the Teams and agents page. The bug has been fixed, and now passivated profiles are moved to the inactive agents section.
On the Teams and agents page, the unit name might have been stuck in ‘Loading…’ status. This has been fixed.

New features:
From the Company settings it is now possible to change the name of the company showed in QualityDesk.
From the Company settings it is now possible to change the application’s timeout duration. By default, it is set to 30 minutes, as it has been until now. More information here.
The Settings page within the Company settings has been visually cleaned up for a more polished appearance.
Mass editing features have been added to the Teams and agents page. From now on, multiple employees can be transferred at once from one team to another within the Unit.
With the mass editing feature on the Teams and agents page, you can now send a password reset to multiple agents at once within the Unit. More information can be found from here.
If the email of a new user is already found in the application, the account creator can notify the Admin users about it. The Admin user can then activate a passivated profile or delete the old profile from the application, if necessary.
Fixes:
Creating a team through a specific path did not work correctly. This has been fixed.
In User management, which only Admin users have access to, unit and team information for users from other companies was missing. This issue has been resolved.
In User management, under the Team supervisor role, all teams have been added, whereas previously only available teams were visible. The current team supervisor, if any, is shown next to the team.
In the Company settings, the option to purchase additional services for Automatic deletion of data and Automatic passivation of users has been added. More information about automatic data deletion can be found here and about automatic passivation of users here.
In the Automatic passivation of users feature, the minimum time for automatic passivation has been changed to one month.
Agents were unable to select any forms from the Browse evaluations or Browse coachings pages in their own interface. The issue has been fixed, and the available forms now appear as expected.
In the Puzzel integration, the name of the person viewing the page might have appeared in place of the agents’ names. This has been fixed.

Saving company settings did not work for some companies. The issue has been fixed, and saving now works normally.
If a Unit supervisor has a role combination that includes Team supervisor and/or Coach, this prevented access to the profiles of another Team supervisor or Coach who also had admin rights. This has been fixed.

New features:
It is now possible to choose whose unit leader's name is displayed in the unit within the QualityDesk or whether the name is left out after the unit in its entirety. This can be done either when creating a unit or editing the unit via the Manage teams and agents page.
Fixes:
Logging for editing evaluation and coaching forms has been developed. Now we also log where the answers have been changed and whether the texts in the comment or feedback fields have been changed.
The readability and grouping of the information in the Info tab of the user management has been improved, so that it is easier to monitor the total number of users and the number of different types of users.
The coaching form has been corrected so that if mandatory points are not filled in, then in addition to the notification, the page also redirects directly to the point in question, as in the evaluation form.
The buttons of the application "Back to the listing" have been changed to "Back" at the same time the function has been changed so that pressing the button leads back to the previous page.
Surveypal dimensions have been removed from the company's dimension choices, if the company does not have Surveypal integration in use.
And a few other small usability fixes.

All Evaluation reports now prominently highlight any potential critical questions.
Dimentsion now have background IDs, allowing the names of Dimensions to be edited without being removed from forms when modified.
A new setting has been added to Company settings that allows you to define whether the coaching form is hidden by default on a Company-specific basis. You can check the instruction from this link.
Another new setting has been added to Company settings that allows you to specify whether passivated agents are visible on the Teams and agents page. You can check the instruction from this link.
The Teams and agents page now includes the option to start group coaching. More information from the instructions page here.
The Teams and agents page now includes a bulk editing feature. You can select multiple employees and, for example, deactivate several users at once. More information from the instructions page here.
All the reports form selection list now differentiates between active and passive forms.
Fixes:
Removing the Unit restriction from the coaching form was unsuccessful. This issue has now been fixed.
Points for potential critical questions in a form saved as incomplete appeared to reset. This bug has been fixed.
The error message has been clarified for cases where an email address already exists in the application when creating a user.
An “Internal server error” message appeared without cause when creating accounts for employees. This has been fixed.
If a development follow-up was scheduled on a coaching form, the application sent the appointment to the coachee twice. This has been corrected.
The “Created” date in the Evaluations and comments report has been fixed to show the actual creation date. Previously, this column showed the event date entered on the form.
A brief error page might have appeared when passivating a user. This has been fixed.
On the Teams and agents page, the term “Inactive agents” has been changed to “Passivated agents.
Sorting dates in the Latest Coachings report did not work based on dates. This has now been fixed.
Unit restrictions on forms on the Teams and agents page was not working. This has been fixed.
If a form had a role restriction, limiting it to supervisor-level users, the form did not appear in the “Do evaluations” or “Do coachings” sections of the supervisors’ profiles. These issues have been corrected.
The application has been speed up, particularly on the User management page.

Fix release 7

Fixes:
Saving an incomplete evaluation form and then continuing it displayed the results incorrectly in situations where the possible critical question of the form was answered with 0 points. In this reporting, percentages were shown for individual evaluations, even though all sections of the form should be 0. A few of these incorrect entries were saved in the system. The problem and the incorrectly saved entries have been corrected.
The calculation of the number of evaluations and coaching sessions compared to the target on the Teams and agents page was incorrect. The calculation included forms from the past 30 days, whereas the number should be based on a calendar month. This has been corrected, and the numbers are now correct.
A correction was made to the Automatic login passivation service to ensure that when the feature is activated, the activation message is sent before deactivation, even in cases where the inactivity period has been reached.

Forms can now allow attachments to be added. Instructions for building the form here.
In the report Evaluations and comment you can now see the forms Dimensions, when selecting the Show dimensions button. More information here. Browse evaluations ja Browse coachings pages will have the Show dimensions button.
Teams and agents page have been updated with visual and functional changes. More information from here.
A Change log for the form builders has been added, which at this stage shows who has modified the forms and when. At a later stage we will add information on what has been modified.
It is now possible to change the date of the forms by typing, whereas previously it was only possible by selecting from the calendar view.
The User change Log has been improved so that now the logging also applies to agents. A change date column has been added to the table in the User management (admin only) to show the latest change for each user. Note: only if changes have been made after 5.4.24 for supervisor level users and after 26.4.24 for agents. More information from here.
Changes can be saved to a passivated user's profile, such as deleting an email address if a new blank profile is needed for the user.
Fixes:
User logins could not be reset when going to the profile from the Teams and agents page. This has been fixed.
The Dimensions name can now be edited and the item will remain on the forms. Previously, editing the name would remove the item from the forms.
Deleting a unit would hide forms, which were limited to that unit. Now if you delete a unit, the form will stay visible, but is automatically in use all the other units of a company.
You could delete a unit even if there were still teams in the unit. This is now fixed and you can delete a unit only if it's empty.
When the agent approved the coaching form, the agent was took the "Browse evaluations" page. This has been corrected and now after approval the user is redirected to the Front page.
When the agent approved the coaching form, an email was sent to the supervisor level user with the approver's name not displayed correctly. This has now been corrected.

Fixes:
Security update: When exporting any Excel files from the application, all the possible "=" signs in text fields are automatically removed. This prevents the possibility of malicious code being entered into form text fields, which could cause harm to the downloader's computer through the Excel file.
Security update: The same measure as above has been applied to outgoing email messages from the application, and the maximum character limit for name fields has been set to 80 characters.
Security update: Error messages received on the login-page have been made generic to "Something went wrong." This prevents phishing attempts to discover the status of accounts within the application.

Fixes:
When editing a saved evaluation form, changing a critical questions from 0-point answer to for example Yes, with points, the other questions stayed at 0 points. This has been fixed and now editing will return the form with normal scores.
In the Upcoming Follow-ups box on the front page, the follow-ups that were signed Not completed, didn't disappear from the Upcoming Follow-ups. This has been fixed.
When editing the text of a question on an evaluation form, the user's profile showed the results for that question as blank for the period prior to editing. This has been corrected and the results will be displayed normally.

Fixes:
In the Upcoming Follow-ups box on the front page, the name of the person who was coached did not appear. This has been corrected.
If two people filled out the evaluation form for the same person at the same time, when one person saved the other, the Follow-up items were cleared. This has been corrected.
The search field in the top bar of the application was returning "undefined undefined" results. This has been fixed.
The search field in the top bar of the application could cause a white screen if you typed 1-2 letters in it. This has been fixed and now the search works normally.

New features:
A new button has been added for reports to include all active employees in the By agents and By supervisors views, Show all users. This will allow the report to show all agents or supervisors who have not been evaluated or coached in the selected period.
Comments entered under questions on the Evaluation form can be deleted when editing the saved evaluation.
Agents can now hide a coaching form they have started. The hidden form is now only visible to the employee and his/her supervisor (team leader).
If you choose to save the Evaluation form Save and fill in a new form for this agent, the Dimensions will be automatically cleared.
Fixes:
For the integration of Contact center recordings, speed options of 0.75 x, 1.5 x and 2 x have been added to the player.
Tasks made by the Admin user for Team supervisors weren't visible for them. This has been fixed and any tasks created will now appear on the Team supervisors front page.
Team supervisor users, who also had another role such as Coach, couldn't access their own Agents management page. This has been fixed.
The Comment field on the Browse evaluations page of a user's profile has been reduced in size, which makes it easier to browse evaluations.
The Save and fill out a new form for this agent was not working correctly. This has been fixed.

New features
When editing forms, you can now change the position of the Sections on the form. You can also change the position of the Questions within a Section.
Fixes:
Error message fixed in cases where user email was incorrectly entered when creating logins.
Fixed English and Finnish terms in the User Management and Teams and agents page. For example, changed the concept disable => passivate.
The "View" link in the report Latest coaching did not work. Now this has been fixed and you can view the content of the coaching form here.
The graphs on the evaluation reports have been improved by editing the y-axis to a maximum score of 100. Previously this was dynamic, which made the graph difficult to read.
The double role of Team leader + another supervisor role placed in a different unit to where the Team leader role is, caused the Team leader to not be able to view the forms of the agents on their own team. This has been fixed. NOTE! There is still a fix to come later for the fact that the Team leader can go to persons management page in the above scenario.
The search within all reports has been improved.
Evaluation by evaluator report was missing the total results of the sections on the average/total row. This has been corrected and they now appear as normal.
In the preview of the form, questions that had only 0 points or only 1 point but no 0 option, were shown as a 0 result. This has been corrected and now these will show as 100% results, as in the reports.
Show result by unit report has been corrected and has been brought back into production on the Evaluation summary report.. The report now shows all results correctly. The report also includes all the evaluations done for supervisor level users.
If agent was changed to a supervisor level user, the agent profile remained passivated while still on the person's previous team. This has now been corrected, meaning that if agent is upgraded to a supervisor level user, the agent profile will be passivated on the Teams and agents page.
