Users change log

A user change log has been added to QualityDesk in the 5.4.24 release. In the first phase, the logs will cover the roles at the supervisor level. An update to the feature was made on the afternoon of 26.4.24, which included logging for agents and the changes made by AD-integration.

The logs can be seen in the user's profile, under the profile picture Change log


When user accounts were created and by whom.
When a user's role has been updated and who made the change.
When a user's team, unit, or organization has been changed and who made the change.
When a user has been deactivated and who made the change.
When a user has been deleted and who made the deletion.
When a user's name, surname, or email has been changed and who made the change.
Changes made by AD-Integration
Changes made to users Evaluation rights.

User management (admin right only)

A column has been added to the users table to show when the last change was made to a user. Note that logging for supervisor level users started from the time of release, after 4pm on 5.4.2024 and for agents and AD-integration started after 4pm on 26.4.2024. Changes prior to this date will not be reflected in the change log.
