Roles, that can do this: Team leaders, Coaches, Unit supervisors, Management and Admin -users.

Coachings by coaches

From this report you can see all the coachings by coaches, if you have any on the coaching forms in use.

In the navigation bar on the left, click Reports and Coaching by coaches
Select the wanted coaching form.
Select the dates where you want to see the coachings.
If you are Unit supervisor, Management, Admin or Coach, you can select the teams. If you're a Team leader and you have rights to see other teams results you can select the teams as well.
Use dimensions to sort out the results with possible dimensions on the form.
If you want to see all the users, even the ones who haven't filled any coachings, click Show all users button.


On the table you will see:
Name of the person who has filled the coachings
Role of the users.
Total amount of coachings.
Total time of coaching durations (comes from the start and ending time from the forms).
Average time of duration (comes from the start and ending time from the forms).
Total handling time (how long the coaching form has been in editing mode).
Average handling time .
