Results tab
Roles, that can do this: Settings: Unit supervisors, Management, and Admin users || Inserting results: If permissions are granted to Team Leaders, Coaches, Unit supervisors, Management, and Admin users
The Results tab allows supervisors to add results directly to the Results tab in an employee’s profile. Result fields applicable to all roles can be created in Company Settings to fully match your company's needs.
Results can be entered manually into profiles or imported via integrations such as contact center integration. This April 2025, results can also be imported via Excel for individual or multiple users at once.
A new tab, Results, has been added to Company Settings, where Unit supervisors, Management, or Admin users can define result fields and set role-based permissions for data entry in users profiles.
You can manage permissions for entering results by selecting the Results tab in Company settings.
Under the Permissions heading, you can assign role-based permissions for data entry (Currently, agents do not see the Results tab or have the ability to enter results. This will come available later this year 2025).
Once permissions are granted, users can manually enter data into employee and supervisor profiles.
Remember to save the setting at the bottom of the page.
You can create custom result metrics in Company settings under the Results tab.
Under the Active metrics heading, you can create Result metric groups and Result metrics.
Name the first Result metric group.
Select the Companies and Units where the Result metric group will be used by clicking the Select organization button.
Name the first Result metric inside the group.
Then, select the Data unit: Euros (€), Hours (h), or Pieces (pcs).
Choose whether the field should be visible in the user’s profile, meaning if the data should be entered manually.
You can also create Result metrics that are not visible in profiles. These are useful when data is fetched via integration or imported via Excel (coming in a future update) and used as calculated metrics.
Using the Add formula button, you can define calculations for the that Result metric based on previous Result metrics and specify the operation: subtraction, addition, division, or multiplication. The formula-based metric will then display the calculated results in the profile. (Continues after the GIF).

The formula can also be used to display results as percentages if desired.
New Result metric group can be added using the + Add Result metric group button, and new Result metric using the + Add result metric button.
Once the desired Result Groups and Performance Metrics are set up, click Save.
The Results tab can be found in each user’s profile under the Results section.
The tab displays only the Result metrics that were selected to be visible in Company settings.
If you're not seeing any metrics, please check that the metrics are defined to be visible in the profiles.
You can add data by clicking the + icon in the upper-right corner of a Result metric.
When entering data, select the date for which the data applies and input the result. You can add results for multiple days by clicking the Add Row button.
Once all data has been entered, click Save in the lower-right corner.
In the data entry window, you can also review previously recorded data by clicking Previously Added Data. You can also delete past data. In a future update, data editing will be enabled.
After entering data, you can select the desired time range from the top of the page.

You can freely edit Result metrics, but note that name changes will be applied to profiles immediately. The history will not retain the old name.
If you delete a Result metric or Result metric group, please be aware that the metric and all associated results will be removed from the application and cannot be recovered.
If you want to retain old Result metrics and data, you can leave them in Company Settings and simply remove them from being visible in profiles.
When the Select Organization button has a white background, no Company or Unit has been selected. When the button has a dark background, a selection has been made. You can modify it by clicking the button.
Employees do not currently see the Results tab, but this will be included in a future update.
Excel import is not available in the initial phase but will be added in a future update.
