Auditor Instructions (Part of Compliance feature)

Roles with Access: Compliance rights can be granted to all roles by Admin users.

Add-on Service for organizations that have subscribed to the Compliance feature.

The Auditor role is a feature included in the Compliance Feature. A user with Audit rights can perform evaluations using the Compliance forms in multiple teams, units and companies.

How Do Audit Rights Work?


If a user has Audit rights, they will see an Compliance option in the left-hand navigation menu, which leads to the Compliance page.
On the Compliance page, the user can view the companies, units, and teams where the Compliance form is assigned.
By clicking on a company, unit, or team, the Auditor can evaluate individuals using the Compliance form.
From this page, the Auditor can access the profile of the person being evaluated by clicking their name, where they will only see evaluations completed with the Compliance form.

Reporting of Compliance forms

Results from Compliance forms are available in Reports and in the profiles of those evaluated.
In Reports, results can be viewed as usual by selecting the form, time period, and other parameters.
In the profiles of evaluated individuals, Compliance forms can be displayed by checking the option Show Compliance Forms. This will show only evaluations completed with Compliance forms in the graph. Note that results from Compliance forms do not appear alongside results from other forms in the graph.
Forms can also be found under the Browse evaluations tab.

Additional Notes

Compliance forms are not visible on the Do evaluations or the Teams and Employees pages.
Compliance forms are not displayed in the development graph of individuals alongside other evaluations. They can be made visible by selecting the Show Compliance Forms option.
Currently, Compliance forms disappear if the Compliance form selection is removed from the form. Further development is planned to retain the forms in view as standard forms in the future.
