Automatic deletion of data

Automatic deletion of data is an additional service that allows you to automatically delete data from the QualityDesk at the desired time intervals. For example, all evaluation forms, coaching forms, and / or passivated agent profiles older than 24 months will be deleted. This service is an excellent way to take care of GDPR guidelines for the retention and destruction of personnel data when it's old. The service is 100 € / month.

If this service is enabled, it can be managed by Admin users from Company settings.

Click on your name in the top right corner of the software and select Company Settings from the drop-down menu.
Then select the tab Automatic data deletion.

Select what information you want to delete. Then add the months, how old data you want to be deleted automatically. You can choose to delete the data:
For evaluation forms
For coaching forms
For passivated agents

Next, select the email addresses to which the data deletion report will be sent.
Finally click Save

The selected data will then be deleted automatically according to the set time limits. This has an impact on historical results, i.e., deleted evaluations and coaching are not reflected in the reports.
