How to delete a unit / team?
Roles, that can do this: Admin -user
Teams and units can be deleted by admin users from Teams and agents -page, or searching the desired team or unit with the Search function above the app. Type the name of the team or unit and select it.
If you are using Teams and agents page:
Select the desired team or unit by selecting a team that is in the unit. You can see the unit name next to the team. (Continues after image).
If there is no unit next to the team, it means that the team is not in any unit. In this case, you can assign it to a unit by clicking Edit team -button.
Please note that if you try to delete a team that has agents or team leader in it, you can't. First you have to move the users to another team or passivate/delete them.
Same goes with units. You can't delete a unit that has unit managers or coaches in the unit. You can remove the
