How to create new supervisor user?

Roles, that can do this: Admin -user
From the User management, admin user can create all logins and define their roles, companies, units, and/or teams.

NOTE! Team leaders and coaches can create agents. Unit Leaders can create Team Leaders and Teams. Management users can create unit leaders, coaches, and units. This allows you to give other users responsible for them as well.
Click the New user button in the top corner of the page.
Fill in the user information, select the language and roles. There can be more than one role, except that the agent role can only have the agent evaluator role added.
Next to the role selected is a little black arrow. Clicking that arrow you can select the company, unit, and/or team.
For Management you can use companies, if there are multiple companies in your QualityDesk platform. For Coach and Unit managers you can select Units and for Team leaders and agents you can select teams. When selecting a team for team manager, please notice that in User management, you can only select teams that dont have a team leader. This is why, it would be good that the unit manager handles team leaders logins.
If you create agents here, please note that he will receive logins automatically at the same time.
From User management, admin user can also extend the user's evalution rights. This allows the user to make evaluation to selected companies, units and teams.
Click save and the user will receive an email that will allow them to log in to the app.
NOTE! If your orgnisation has an AD integration, the roles will come from that integration.
