How to create agent profiles
Roles, that can do this: Team leaders, Coaches, Unit superviser, Management and Admin -users
On the left menu bar, click "Manage team and agents" and "+ New agent".
Select a team for the agent.
Write agent's name and email addess.
Then click "Save". Team leader can now start fill monitoring forms for te agent.
At this point, agent won't receive logins to QualityDesk. If you want to create logins to agents, check the next page of this presentation. If you want to also create logins to the agents, please check this link.
