How to remove users from QualityDesk?

Roles, that can do this: Admin -user
Agents can be removed by team leaders, coaches and unit managers. Admin users can remove supervisor level users.

Admin can remove supervisor level users from User management


From the User Management page, you can edit the information of all users.
Click the Edit -link in front of the user you want to delete.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and here you will find the button: Delete logins from system. Click the button and you will get a confirmation question. By clicking Ok here, the user is deleted from QualityDesk permanently.

Team leaders, coaches and unit managers can remove agents from Manage teams and agents and Teams and agents.


From the Teams and agents page, find the desired agent. You can also look for the agent from the Search bar on top section of QualityDesk.
Open the agents profile and click Edit -link which is below the profile picture.
Then click the Edit button and select Disable agent if you want to keep the profile and data for later use. Passivating an agent will remove the agent logins and will not be accounted as an active profile in billing.
If you want to delete the agent completely, select Delete agent and data.
