How to create agent logins?

How to create logins to agents?



You can create a login and modify agent information in the agent profile. Just click agent's name anywhere in QualityDesk.

When in the profile, click the "Edit" link below the agent image. Here you can modify agent information such as:
Change the team for the agent.
Disable the agent profile (if agent quits).
Create a login and send the login details to the agent.

You can activate the agent's login by clicking "Create and send login to agent" link. Agent will receive an email from QualityDesk, where he/she can create a password and login into QualityDesk.

If you don't see the "Create and send login to agent" link, please check that the agent has an email. If the agent has email and you still can't see the option to send the logins, the reason is, that your organisation has an integration for logins or the option of making agent logins have denied. In this case is good to contact your organisations admin user.

After agents have logins, they can see evaluations and coachings in realtime. They can also fill self-evaluations and colleague-evaluations, if your organisation have given the right to do so. Agents can also start filling a coaching form.
