How to delete an evaluation form?
Roles, that can do this: Admin
Admin user can delete evaluation forms from QualityDesk. If you are sure, you are not going to use a certain form and you don't need the history results, you can delete the form. (If you are looking instructions on, How to delete a saved evaluation, click here).
If you are Admin and want to delete the entire evaluation form:
First go to Monitoring forms on the left navigation bar.
Then select the form that you want to delete and click Actions button.
Select Delete form.
Then you will get a certification question, where you can click Yes. If you are not sure, click No.
Please notice, that deleting the form, will delete the form and the history results from that form. They can only be return by software development with specialist work cost.
