How to fill an evaluation?

Roles, that can do this: Agents (If given rights), Team leaders, Coaches, Unit supervisors, Company supervisors and Admin -users.

You can start filling an evaluation form from multiple places. The easiest way is to go to Teams and agents page and start an evaluation from there.

Every form you start, will be automatically saved every 10 seconds. If you don't want to save the form go to the bottom of the form and select Empty and delete form.



Filling an evaluation form's basic information


Evaluee will show you the persons name your evaluating. If you need to change it, just click the name.
Event date you can change freely alongside with the time.
Please notice, that the evaluation will go the time period of you choosing!
Dimensions are the sorting options that you can use to sort results in reporting. If there is a red star next to it, this means the dimension is mandatory to fill.

Filling the evaluation part


The form might have different sections and under each sections there are the evaluation questions and options.
Coloring of the evaluation options are Green = Most points, Blue = Second most points, Red = Least points or 0 points.
If you see i -icon next to the question, take the cursor on top of it and you will see the information behind the question.
If there is a text field under the question, you can write information on it.
Please notice, that if the agent has logins to QualityDesk, they will see the saved forms and written texts on the form.
If you're filling a self-evaluation as an agent, you can use the possible text field to write messages to your team leader.
Each evaluation question has points, that will turn into percentage, and maximum percentage an evaluation can have is 100%.
There might also be Bypass -option on the section or in the question. If you select Bypass in the section, it will remove the section and the questions under it, away from that evaluation and the points will be removed as well.
If you see a red flag next to a question, it means that the question is Critical. This means, that if you give a zero from the question, the whole form will be zero, no matter how you evaluate the other questions.
At the end of the form, there is two text fields: Comment and Feedback. The Comment field is for supervisor-level users to put down their own notes and they are not visible for the agents. The Feedback field is to write down a feedback summary.
Please notice, when the Agent is filling a form, he/she will not see a Comment field.

Saving the form


At the bottom of the form you will see multiple options to safe the form:
Save will save the form and you're re-directed to a list of users, where you can start a new form for a new user.
Save and fill a new form for this agent will save the form and reset the form. You can start immediately filling a new form for the same user.
Save and send to the evaluee will save the form and send an email to the user to notify about a new form.
Please notice, if the user to whom you're filling a form doesn't have logins to QualityDesk, there is no Save and send to the evaluee button.
Save incomplete saves the form as incomplete and no one else will see the form.
When saved incomplete, the form is on the front page Unfinished forms box. You can open the from there and save it later.
Empty and delete form will delete the unfinished form.
