How to find my own profile?
Roles, that can do this: Agents (If given logins), Team leaders, Coaches, Unit supervisors, Management and Admin -users.
You can get to your own profile by clicking your name on the top of the right upper corner and clicking Profile.
In the profile, most users have two pages, development view and the management page.
This applies Team leaders, Unit supervisors, Coaches, Management (Agents and Admins after this chapter).
On the development page you can see the development graph, where you can see evaluations, and coachings made to you. When you click any of the indicators on the graph, you can see evaluations and/or coachings on the bottom of the graph.
Blue indicates evaluations, Orange indicates coachings and the Green line is the trend on the quality score.
You can change the dates on the graph, if you want to see results from between a specific dates.
On the top of the graph you can see pages: Do evaluations, Do coachings, Browse evaluations and Browse coachings.
Agents will see their results from the front page of QualityDesk.
Admin users doesn't have a development view at this point.
Under the profile picture there is Management.
In the Management page you can change the language of QualityDesk: English, Spanish, Swedish and Finnish.
